Feliz Anniversario Pai!!!! This week was kind of a messed up week. We were in a triple for 2 days and
then we had to show the new elders around. One of them is having a problem
with his knee and he might be going home, we will see during this week. It was only supposed to be for 1 day, but the other missionaries that were returning from the transfers got delayed in Vitória for a day and that kind of destroyed our week. Also, we got 2 new missionaries here in the area and we had to help them out to get to know the area because here a lot of the streets look the same if you don't know what to look for or where you are going.
[Did you have your baptisms this last week?] Our baptisms did not happen, there was a problem that came up with one of the commandments and we didn't what to baptize the kids with out their dad.
[What funny things has your companion done? Sounds like you get to send your companion home, that should be fun for you and him.] My companion is just crazy, what was funny this week was that we are all in the same room now and when we went to go to sleep we had some really stupid conversations and then we were just laughing our heads off. Yeah, I get to send my companion home, which is going to be fun but also a little difficult because he is getting homesick.
[What is your apartment like?] We have two rooms in the front of the apartment and then in the back we have our kitchen and one other room. We use one room for our clothes and suitcases, one room for a study room and then the last room to sleep.
[What was your best experience this week?] We had a service project this week that started at 7:30 am and ended at 2:00 pm. We were pretty much the only ones there. There were only two other members from the branch that were helping, but other than that it was just us missionaries. We moved a ton of sand from one place to another. I am a little broken right now. That was probably my best experience this week because it has been a long time since I have done something like that, and it felt good.
Well, this week was a little slowed down, but this next week should be the same as last transfer. Well, I have no idea what more to say.
